Our two gorgeous dogs passed away late last year and we aren't ready to be full time dog parents again. However we do miss having the friendly dog presence and would love to be able to help out when people go on holidays as we know how tricky it can be finding a place. We have two boys (10 and 6) who are very keen to help out with dog minding as well. Your dog will be very loved when it comes to visit! We are happy to look after up to 2 dogs from a family.

We mostly work from home (someone would be home every day) and would go on daily walks with your dog. We can walk your dog twice a day if needed, a 30-45min walk and a shorter 10-15 min walk each day. If your pet is staying over the weekend there could be 1-2hr that it is left alone due to taking kids to sports. We will keep the calender updated with our availability for times when we are away.

We have a medium sized, fully fenced back yard (min 1.6m high fences). We have a large undercover patio area so your dog can hang out in the shade. It would be able to come inside to the living area downstairs. This is the area we spend most of our time (including work during the day).
The back yard does have some steps but there is still plenty of room if your dog is unable to do steps.  It would sleep in the garage, outside or in the living room in a crate (if you've provided one), depending on what your dog is used to.

We would prefer desexed, small-medium, dogs. We would be happy to administer medication if it's able to be given via food.

We would prefer to take bookings only up to 2 months out at this stage as we don't know if we will be getting a new addition soon.

We can check up on your pet in your home, up to 10km away from Bulimba. We can feed, walk and give some attention and cuddles to your pet as needed.
