My name is Johanne, I'm a 23-year-old Norwegian girl who is about to start my Masters Degree at Monash University. I used to live on the Gold Coast, but just recently transferred to Melbourne due to the studies. I grew up with dogs and cats in the family, and currently have a 3-year-old Danish Swedish Farm Dog at home with my family in Norway. As I don't have the opportunity to have my own dog here, I know pet sitting is something that is right up my alley! Being active and go for long walks every day is something that I love.

In addition to having had dogs in the family for all these years, I also have five years' experience with dog sitting through a similar service in Norway called Rover. Here I have experience with everything from larger dogs such as Huskies, Rotweilers and Golden Retrievers, to medium-sized dogs to smaller dogs such as Chichuhuas and Pomeranians. My experience ranges from short day-visits to weeks straight of having the dog in my home when the owner was away. I also do all kinds of exercise for the dog, from short/moderate walks to mountain hikes to runs, all depending on the dog's needs (I will always ask the owner what the needs are)! Pet sitting has given me lots of joy in my student life, and I would love to be able to continue with such work here in Australia. I have only received five star reviews from the dog owners I have done services for and they were all returning bookings!

My service offer dog walking, doggy day care, home visit, pet boarding and sleepover. I am currently based in the CBD on La Trobe Street in a spacious apartment. I don't have my own car here, but I am more than happy to travel outside this area as long as there are public transport connections. Additionally, my "garden" is the Carlton Gardens across the road! I will give your pet the care and attention it needs and will enjoy every second spent together! I look forward to being a pet sitter again!
