Ed

I've always adored cats, and often lived with them, but don't think it's fair to have them anymore until I own my own place. That's not on the cards just yet, so ... cat sitting! Or most other animals, also adorable.

I've often volunteered at rescue shelters, coming in every week to cuddle felines who normally don't get any attention, because the owners are too busy cleaning, etc. It's a win win for all, and I find it delightful!

I love nearly all critters, but as I'm very sensitive to sound, I can't deal with barking dogs. Thus, no canines for me. But just about every other creature is a joy.

How much do I love cats? I grew up with them, have fostered before, volunteered at several rescue shelters, follow several cat blogs online, watch cat videos every day, and even registered the domain youhadmeatmeow.com for a while.

Chooks and other birds are also great fun. I grew up with all sorts of critters at home, and I've never lost my love for them.

I'm also clean and quiet, don't drink, smoke or do drugs, don't have wild parties, so I'll treat your place with the respect it deserves. I work from home, so have plenty of time to look after your creatures.

By the way, if you'd like a laugh, have a look at my video. You won't see my face, but you'll see me with a room full of feline friends!

I have a recent police clearance as well.

We had Ed stay at our accommodation for a few months earlier this year. In that time we found Ed to be polite and easy to get along with. He is a quiet person who keeps to himself a lot. He always paid his rent and upon leaving received his full bond back. He left of his own free will because of excessive bus noise due to the trains being shut down and we were sad to see him go.
