Hi there! I'm a mature aged student going into my final year of studies and looking to do some pet sitting on the side to help out. I love animals having grown up with a farm with cattle, sheep and chickens, and always lived with dogs and cats. I was previously a member of Pawshake in 2021 and did some pet/house sitting and dog walking which I really enjoyed and had great reviews from, but I put it aside to focus on studies and work. I have also looked after many friends and families animals and am happy to follow any instructions set out. When in your house I understand the value of trust and respecting your property, and I understand that our pets are our family so I treat them as if they were my own. I am happy to do dog walking and pet/house sitting, and am happy to help with any other animals eg chickens, fish etc. I am happy to accommodate any requests such as how long the walks should be and how many walks per day, and can walk multiple dogs at the same time depending on their temperament. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry companions!

Rachel was an excellent sitter for my 8 yr old lab x retriever, Roman. She was communicative, flexible and took excellent care of both the house and dog. Rachel was kind enough to offer a meet and greet prior to sitting and asked plenty of questions to ensure she understood Roman’s needs. I’ll definitely use Rachel’s services in future and would highly recommend her to other pet owners 😊
Rachel was wonderful with our senior mini foxy (who has trust issues). She took the time to introduce herself gently to our dog and looked after her diligently while on daily walks. Communication was great. Highly recommend!
