Orla

Hi there! My name is Orla. I'm 26 years old, and I've been lucky enough to call Australia home for over 6 months now. The only downside- missing my gorgeous dogs back in the family home in Ireland. 

I have grown up with dogs from labradors to terriers, and can't remember a time when there wasn't a furry friend in the house.

I have a soft spot for small dogs, with two Yorkie/Jack Russell mix dogs currently back in Ireland. But I'm lucky enough that I get to interact with all sorts like Collies, Bernese Mountain dogs and Cattle dogs because of the dog lovers I surround myself with.

Recently I worked for a few months on a stud farm in the Upper Hunter Valley which satisfied not only my love of horses but dogs too- as we had our resident Cattle dog at hand at all times.

I love getting out around Melbourne, it's a gorgeous city and I'd love the opportunity to bring your furry friend out and about with me on my daily walks. I generally walk around the Southbank/South Melbourne areas for up to a couple of hours a day. I'm responsible and reliable- have no doubt that your dog is in very capable hands with me. I am available morning, afternoon and night. Just let me know what length walk your dog needs!

In addition to offering a walking service, I am an experienced sitter too, so if that's a service you require please feel free to reach out! I do not pet sit in my own residence, but can stay overnight with or visit your pet during the day at your home. I can stay however long you require, and am happy to perform any other helpful duties such as watering plants or bringing in mail. I take security very seriously, and this is something we can talk in detail about should you require me to mind your pet in your home 😊
