I am an older woman, (I really should be retired by now, but that hasnt happened yet!) I have grown up with dogs my whole life, there has not been a period in my life where i have not had a dog. I have had breeds from Chihuahuas to St Bernards. Actually had the Chihuahua and the Saint at the same time - Tiffany the Chihuahua ruled the household!! I have had two babies (Billy & Macey) for the last 17 - 14 years. Sadly last year I had to put Macey to rest due to cancer. It was the hardest thing Billy and I have ever had to do. Billy is almost 17years old and loves the company of other dogs, as naturally he is missing Macey terribly. I work fulltime, (hoping to change that in the not too distant future) and hate leaving him home but he does sleep pretty much all day now unless he has company! 

I am able to give your baby my full attention in the morning/evenings and weekends, however i am more than happy to have them during the week as they would be in a fully fenced yard and have easy access to inside. I only work 5 mins from home so am always able to come and check on them during the day, having said that I do occasionally work from home. 

Walking would be every morning and night for at least 1/2hr and am happy to administer any medications. (Billy is on heart meds so i am experineced in doing that.) I will only have 1 dog (apart from Billy) at a time so you can be assured my love for them will always go their way. 

I live alone, Billy shares my bed and I am more than happy to have extra company! If they are not inside dogs then they have an undercover area for them outside, as well as a small yard. Larger dogs may not find it enough room, however it is plenty big enough for a small breed. 

As stated before, I am always home on a weekend at which time your baby would have my full attention, lots of walks and cuddles. Once again, I am quite happy to have he/she during the week if that suits as well.
