Hello, I'm Irene. 

I'm a post grad student at USyd. I wanted to try Pawshake because I absolutely love animals and now that my semester has ended and I have plenty of spare time.

Growing up I've always been around dogs and cats. I had a dachshund named Ruby when I was younger, she often took me on walks. I spent most of my college years at my friend's place, he had 5 cats and one dog and I would often go over to either play with them or sometimes walk his dog. I've also had a few interactions with a rescue pup that another friend had fostered. Having Tofu slowly warm up to me and trust me was such a rewarding experience, he was a gem to play with.

Since I've been in Sydney, I've helped a friend pet sit and walk a few cats and dogs. I'm familiar with walking etiquette, feeding requirements and can give oral medication. I can do home visits, both quick check ins for feeding and keeping your pet company for several hours based on your requirement. Happy to help with quick basic tasks like watering plants as well. I'm flexible with timings and can work out a schedule with you.
