I am a 60 year old retiree who is looking to fill in my days and nights providing lots of love, care, attention for your canine family members at my home pet boarding. I have always had dogs in my life as has all my family and I just love their companionship and characters, they make me smile.

I recently lost my beautiful 15 year old Moodle Roxy and it has left me heartbroken motivating me to expand my opportunities to pet board. In time, I will look for a new 4 legged family member but for now I am happy to take care of your little loved one.

I have previous experience in pet boarding/hosting. I am also a member of madpaws Canberra (a similar pet sitting service) and have been pet hosting throughout this year. I have been absolutely loving it, receiving 5 star reviews and have repeat clients. I get so much joy loving, caring for and playing with a variety of 4 legged family members. To do so fills in my days and nights and simply brings me happiness.

I live in a modern single level home with a small and safe backyard complete with fully secure 7ft high fencing. I like to have my canine visitors sleep in my room so I can make sure they are relaxed and not anxious. Your family member will be with me 24/7 and will be totally pampered with love and attention. Daily walks are great and are included in my rates, normally a 30 minute walk unless otherwise stipulated by the owner as well as playtimes at home. I am also happy to give him/her a daily brush.

Unlike most other sitters who have to go to work, I do not leave the home while hosting as I am retired. This is the reason my pricing is a little more than those who have to work. If I have to go out to do some shopping it's for minimal period being close to shops and services. All my time will be devoted to your dog to ensure he/she feels very comfortable, loved and safe.

Rest assured I am a total animal lover and dogs are at the top of my list for love and companionship. So if you are looking for a mature, responsible and experienced 5 star pet sitter I am perfect for you and your loved 4 legged family member. I am available for long or short term stays and can take last minute bookings if available as it's just me here with no other pets right now.

I only take on one one clients pet at any one time and will not be left alone for longer than 3 hours (and that would be very rare if at all). I do have shaded areas outside in the rear yard but I like to have my four legged friends inside with me unless I too am outside to supervise. Your dogs do not need to be up to date with vaccinations.

I have transport in case of emergencies and happy to send you daily updates with photos/videos of your loved one having fun during their stay.
