He is a diligent and responsible pet sitter. He really tried to take care of our cat. But just one thing, he forgot to send a report just 1 time. At that time, we really worried about our cat, and he didn't reply back for 30 mins because of his busy schedule. If he could reply to customers ASAP, it would make him a better pet sitter.
