I am a reliable 40 year old male who has been working as a teacher for 8 years. I am the humble owner of a nine year old golden labrador retriever called Rosie. She is a retired breeding dog who was born in Yorkshire, England. While I am just starting out on this app, I have grown up with dogs my entire life (mainly welsh corgis and Labrador retrievers).

With a lifelong companionship with dogs and an unwavering passion for all animals, I bring a strong sense of understanding and experience to pet sitting. My motivation for this role stems from a deep-seated love for providing exemplary pet services and a love of animals. Having grown up surrounded by dogs (labradors and corgis) my understanding of their needs is instinctive. Dog sitting is not just a service; it's about ensuring that animals feel comfortable, at ease while their owners are away and attending to their own unique needs. Every pet is different and so should their care. Your pets are not merely under my care; they're in the hands of someone who genuinely loves and appreciates their company.

My commitment goes beyond routine care – I am dedicated to tailored services, including regular walks and attention to client requests for any specific needs or preferences for their pets. Please note I live in a ground floor apartment offering a large courtyard (55sqm) for a medium to large size dog to roam comfortably. I have my own 9 year old labrador retriever who is affectionate and gets on well with other dogs and cats! I live right near an expansive inner-city nature reserve (Yarra Bend) providing abundant space for leisurely and refreshing long walks along the Yarra River. The surrounding area provides a dog off leash area and abundant space for leisurely long walks.
