Hello, my name is Zoe!
I have been pet sitting and dog walking for over two years now. I’ve got plenty of experience under my belt, and I’m happy to take on any animal that comes my way.
I have a two fur children, Brock the dog and Toto the cat! I worked as a kennel hand at Padbury Vet for several years. I loved working there and developed fantastic animal care skills. I have looked after all manner of creatures, big, small, furry, hairless, feathered and scaley. I am passionate about finding other pathways to work with animals and provide them with the best care possible. I am happy to walk up to three dogs at once, up to medium-large size. I can also include a small training session for your dog as part of the walk.
I am comfortable working with dogs with medical conditions, disabilities or behavioural issues. I will also do pet sitting with a walk included for dogs or cats. I am confident in administering medications via tablets, liquids, syringes or creams. I am very familiar dealing with anxious or aggressive dogs, even in their own home where their reactions to new people can be magnified. I am happy to pet sit dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, mice, ferrets, tropical fish, lizards, snakes, guinea pigs, insects, chickens and birds! If you have any questions or special requests please contact me.
I am flexible about hours and days. I hope to hear from you and get to spend some quality time with your pets!
Please note: I bring my dog Brock along for dog walks and for house sitting. It is fantastic socialisation for everyone. Brock is well trained, house broken, cat friendly and always happy to get pats or hang out with his dog friends. I have been using Brock as an example to help train dogs and as a baseline for dogs with more complex issues.

Zoe was excellent with Mia, she provided plenty of photos and updates whilst Mia was in her care. Our meet & greet with with Zoe put our minds at ease knowing Mia would be well looked after whilst we were away. Would definitely recommend Zoe and would use her for future sits
Zoe is an asset to the pawshake community. This is the second time we have called on her to sit with our furbaby labradors and she hasnt let us down. The dogs love her as much as she loves them. From the moment she visited to meet the dogs we could tell she would be a good choice. Her knowledge and experience with pets is an advantage but her interaction with the dogs was what we were most satisfied with.
Zoe was happy to learn about the dogs routines and feeding procedures and followed all instructions and suggestions. She sent us plenty of photos and updates, even though we were only gone for two nights... and she left us a note with any relevent information regarding the dogs or the house during her stay.
We will definitely call on Zoe again when needed and only wish she lived a little closer to enable us to use her dog walking services aswell
I studied vet nursing for a year and worked as a kennel band for several years. I also worked at City Farmers for two years too. I am happy to do a background check, get a police clearance or working with children check.
