My partner Alex and I and our sweet little mini foxy named Dante would love to have your precious pooch stay with us.

We live in a beautiful waterfront apartment in West End. There is a spacious terrace with river views for your dog to enjoy, and it is welcome to come inside and stretch out on the mat or couch.

We have two housemates who are dog lovers and are happy to help out.

I work and study mostly from home so your dog would be kept company by myself and Dante. We have regular work breaks along the riverside to play ball and meet other dogs.

We go walking, running or cycling along the riverside every day, so your little dog will get as much exercise as you’d like.

Our sweet little Dante is very social and confident. He has won the hearts of many of our less social pooch neighbours. He loves canine company and loves to play.

Alex and I have both grown up around dogs. Alex’s family in Italy has 5 dogs and I had cats and dogs growing up and in previous share houses.

I have a farming background where I was administering animal medications and have no problem if your dog needs some special attention.

Unfortunately we can only accept smaller dogs in our apartment; however, pairs of small dogs or cat and dog companions are welcome.

Please note: your dog MUST be house trained and able to walk on a leash. Throughout the day and night, your dog will have access to a puppy mat and will be taken outside to do its business every few hours during the day. If your dog is used to having unlimited access to a back yard then they won't cope in an apartment situation.

Also, older dogs who have hearing and eyesight impairments are not suited to staying in unfamiliar apartments- the stresses of not knowing where they are will cause nervous bladder and bowel accidents- please consider a sitter that can stay with your dog in your home.
