Hi there! My name is Karlie and I am a recently graduated veterinary technician (nurse) with 1 year experience working in a busy speciality and emergency clinic in Brisbane. Unfortunately I currently live in an apartment and am unable to have any pets of my own but I guarantee I will treat your furry friends/ fur kids as my own. Due to this I am not able to board pets at my home, but I am more than happy to travel to your home so your pet has the added benefit of being in a familiar space. I work full time so wouldn't be available 24/7 during week days, but would have ample time in the morning and evenings to spend with your beloved pet. I have a copy of my work roster up to 10 weeks at time that I am happy to send upon request.

I currently have little experience pet sitting but have owned animals my whole life, as well as working within the veterinary industry I am capable of taking care of your pets regardless of their age or medical needs. If you have a pet with medical needs I am extremely happy and capable of caring for them and medicating with oral, injectable and topical treatments. I am capable at recognising when a situation requires a trip to the emergency vet and have my own reliable transport. I am also trained in first aid and CPR for animals in a worst case scenario. I am not a trained groomer but am happy to give your pets a brush or bath if needed.

I also offer dog walking for those whose schedules are jam packed and just a bit too busy to take your furry friend out for a daily walk. Or for those who may need a little extra assistance getting their dog enough exercise. While I'm not a professional dog trainer I have undertaken several courses in dog behaviour and training techniques and am happy to offer guidance where possible.

I love all animals so no matter if you have the tiniest kitten or the largest horse-sized-dog I am always excited to meet your pets.
