cat (4). Our 3 adult kids visit regularly.

In Nov 15 we

lost our much-loved Spoodle Maggie to inoperable tumours. Our ‘kids’ would all like a new dog but we’re holding off for a while as we plan to travel a bit now that we're empty nesters.

I work as an academic lecturer, a graphic designer, a yoga and meditation teacher, and completing some post-grad study. I'm a registered foster carer for Maggie's Rescue. Rob is a Station Officer (fireman on shift rotation), carer for Uniting, and part-time First Aid teacher. My professional profile can be viewed on LinkedIn as Jules Brooker. We're

busy, but at least one of us is home most days.

When dogs are with me, they're really with me – it doesn't matter how big the backyard is, they prefer to lie at my feet while I'm working, cooking or gardening than hang out alone elsewhere. Hence we have doggy beds and water bowls scattered throughout the house! As you can see we have a flexible and sometimes busy household – We currently have a young family staying downstairs for a few months (house is a converted duplex) and we share the backyard. Two kids aged 10 and 12 – there’s always someone home for company and cuddles.

At the bottom of our street is Mahon Pool (ocean rockpool) and large coastal park. Coogee off-leash dog park is 7 mins drive. We're also up the hill from the park on the corner of Duncan Street and Wride Street. This is becoming a lovely community meeting place for dogs and their owners,

off-leash (unofficially). If you're local I recommend you try it.

home is a nice getaway for us! We are both strong, fit and healthy and have references. And we really do love the energy of doggies - see the comments from ou clients!

DAYCARE INCLUDES AT LEAST ONE WALK. :)
