I’m a Yoga Teacher Trainer and Mindfulness Coach, where I facilitate trainings to certify Yoga Teachers, and through my coaching services, I help Women who are burnt-out & anxious to achieve their goals with more ease & joy. 

I have many interests and passions! I love animals and pet-sitting, nature, have a passion for yoga and holistic health. 

I currently work part-time hours academically tutoring at home and teaching yoga classes at a local gym, which means I can spend the rest of my time hanging out with your pet with cuddles, affection and walks! I love variety and working from different locations, and having the company and connection with pets throughout my day makes my days more enjoyable! 

Please note that I value living in a clean home, so it's important that you have a functional vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket available.

I value sustainable living and energy efficiency. 

Before I depart your home, I always do a big clean to ensure you return to a clean home with happy pet(s).
