•Daily or Twice Daily House Visits- (30-45 min)

•Socialise, talk to, play, cuddle and pat (as much or as little as preferred) 

•Feed, change water, clean or change litter, scoop pup poop

•Brush fur (if they enjoy this)

•Provide a daily update including photos and/or videos

•Mail brought in, bins in/out, plants watered

A little bit about me: Hi! My name is Mel and I live in South Morang Victoria with my husband, 2 Ragdoll cats, a beautiful Domestic Long Hair cat and a Mini Poodle.

Experience: Professionally, I ran my own rescue shelter for cats and kittens, worked in a cattery as an attendant and have worked as a receptionist for a well known boarding kennel and cattery. 

Growing up I was lucky to never go a day without caring for animals. I was surrounded by pet dogs, cats, and fish! As an adult I have had the opportunity to own cats, dogs, pet rabbits and guinea pigs. I have rescued birds, turtles, frogs, mice and lizards.

Why I love this role: I absolutely LOVE caring for animals of all kinds. Seeing them happy, content and knowing I am able to have a part in this is so rewarding.

With my personal and professional experience caring for a diverse range of animals you can have peace of mind that I am committed to your pets welfare and unique individual needs. I treat all pets as my own. I understand each pet requires a different approach to their care and while some need lot's of love and socialisation during a house visit, others may need their own space, yet enjoy knowing a person is in their company.
