We offer a clean, calm and caring home for your dog to have a cozy Zen retreat.

Our sizeable backyard and a clean, spacious home is where your dog can enjoy the freeeeeedom of running around, basking under the sun or chasing birds to its heart content.

Comfort is our lifestyle so we'll have the AC on when it's hot and switch to heat mode up, warming our home on cold winter nights.

My husband and I work from home full time so your beautiful dog will always have us and Cubby around during the retreat.

Welcome to Cubby Zen House where your pet will enjoy our signature, calm retreat:

🎋 a Zen day: hanging out in a calm environment or chill out under the sun

🎋 a Zen walk: 20-40 min evening walk by the lake / around the neighbourhood

🎋 a Zen friendship: watching or chasing the birds in our sizeable backyard or socialising with Cubby (and friends)

🎋 a Zazen evening: immerse in sound healing, aromatherapy or getting belly rub after dinner

🎋 a Zen adventure: occasionally enjoy a car ride day, individually seatbelted to go out on beach adventure or errand run around town

🎋 lil Zen master training: using gentle techniques and natural, meditative therapies, I can design a transformation programme to help your dog develops composure and socialise with confidence over time.

In Cubby Zen House, your dog will have a relaaaaaaxing, sociable experience and loved like how Cubby is loved.

We'll take your dog with us wherever we go.

My husband and I work from home so there will always be an adult at home to keep your dog company along with Cubby.

In VERY RARE occasion of high urgency, I will leave your dog at home with Cubby inside the house for an hour or so.

Cubby is very gentle, respectful and super chilled dog. So, he enjoys a companion who also has a similar nature.

My husband and I have been around dogs our whole life. We had our very first dog together in 2009. Our dogs had only been Cavaliers.

My primary reason to care for dogs is to support animal well being and to create a safe, nurturing and loving space for your dog to have fun and socialise while you're at work or away on holiday.

On errand or adventure days, Cubby will come with me and so will your dog. He/she will need to be okay traveling in a car. For this reason, please bring a seatbelt along for the retreat.

CUBBY ZEN HOUSE FREEDOM 🐶🐾🌳

We have an open door policy where you dog is free to let themselves out when they need to. They're free to roam around the house including both the front and backyards.

During summer, we will keep your dog cool with indoor AC. During winter, we will keep your dog cozy and comfy indoor with warm AC and blankets.

For overnight stay, your dog will sleep indoor with us in our bedroom so please bring a bed along.

For these reasons, we only accept small dogs who are fully house trained and only do both the daily release outside 100% of the time.

In any weather, your dog will need to know to call the door when he/she needs to pee and poop. We have a sizeable shaded outdoor area where your dog will be able to pee and poop even if it's raining outside.

If there is any accident in the house, we make the first 2 times an exception. Any subsequent accident from third time onwards will incur a $50 cleaning cost per cleanup. You will be asked to look for a new sitter on the day to transition your dog to a new home care. 

We live in a quiet and considerate neighbourhood so your dog will generally need to be a quiet dog who listens. We're okay with minimal barking just to alert and knows to stop when asked to, otherwise, we will not be able to have him/her.

🕰️ Standard Schedule Hours 🦮

🧡 Drop off times are 8:00-8:30am MON-FRI, 8:30-9:00am WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

🧡 Pick up between 6:30-7:00pm DAILY.

🧡 For overnight stay after 8:30am, a day care booking is required. 

🧡 Exact pick up and drop off time to be arranged upon booking and needs to be within the scheduled hours.

🧡 For all retreats, please bring along seatbelt, food and anything your dog may needs. For overnight retreat, please bring along a bed.

🧡 we accept BOTH traditionally vaccinated and naturally vaccinated dogs.

🧡 If your dog had a traditional vaccination recently, please ensure that you allow 7 weeks for the possible virus shedding to complete before booking in for a retreat. This ensures all dogs have a safe environment to be in.

🧡 If your dog is naturally vaccinated, please ensure that your dogs' immune system is optimised with an annual titre test.

🧡 All dogs must have flea protection and worming are up to date.

🧡Meet and greet is complimentary at my place.
