Lilli

My name is Lilli, I'm 20 and studying a Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Paramedicine. 

Growing up, my family has had two dogs, two cats and a bird, all of which I loved and had a level of responsibility for, including litter changing, poop scooping, cage cleaning, walks (including one of our cats), and routine feedings. 

Since high school, I've been asked to house sit and pet sit for family-friends and strangers. I semi-regularly look after a particular cat, who is free-roaming, for up to 2 weeks at a time. There has been a time where I was looking after 2 indoor/outdoor dogs who required daily walking, an indoor cat, and a pond of fish for someone I didn't know, but who had been recommended to me by a friend. Another occasion, I was looking after an excitable Labrador puppy, and two cats for a family friend. The puppy required daily walking, which took a car ride to get to a suitable off leash area. I have also looked after an older dog, an older, free-roaming cat, and an indoor-only kitten for a family that was recommended to me by my mum. 

In terms of what I am able to offer, I can do house visits and house sitting for up to three pets, as well as pet walking; however, I'm only comfortable walking 2 dogs at a time. I am unable to board pets at my own place at the moment. I work best when there are written instructions I can refer to when looking after house and pets, to ensure I am doing everything required and keeping everyone happy ☺️
