Hi, my name is Emily, and I'm passionate about helping others, whether they be a human, dog, cat or fish! Growing up with animals my whole life, I understand the angst of leaving them, so I find it is always a privilege to look after your furry family member.

I am an Occupational Therapist working with children and parents; therefore, I am familiar with taking on responsibility and am an effective listener who will follow all of your pet care needs. Additionally, I have my current police and working with children checks.

About my experience

I've always been passionate about increasing animals' quality of life, and ensuring they are safe and cared for in the environment is always paramount. This job aligns with my values as I can use my skills to ensure animals are safe and happy, and due to this, I have recently adopted the vegan philosophy.

I grew up caring for my Beau, our Labrador, who we lost in 2018. For the last 3 years, I have supported Weimaraners, GSDs, chihuahuas, indoor and outdoor cats, dog reactive animals that need quiet and solo walks, providing them with either walks or home visits. The last year I adopted my own cat, Margaret is a gorgeous 12 year old lady and she absolutely fills my heart with joy. She is on medication that I administer once a day with food. 

About my services

Before confirming any service, I provide a 30-minute meet and greet to ensure everybody is a good fit and the best match for great care.

Dog walks - 30-minute walk around local parks and paths within your area, 15-minute preparation. I bring my own bags to pick up.

I offer dog walking and in-home visits for all animals. Margaret likes her space, so I cannot offer services in my home.

I do know all of my local parks and paths. My favourite walks are the Frankston Foreshore and around Frankston South. I am familiar with the Mornington Peninsula, so I can walk your pets wherever they already know. 

House visiting - 30-minute visits with enough time for some play, socialization and food/water.
