We offer dog sitting at our home (located at Rowville near Greencross vet), our main target doggy guests are mainly small to medium sized dog. We would take on larger breed, only if the dog personality is calm and chill and gets along well with smaller sized dog (Some excitement is fine, but no rough play).

We have close to 10 years experience in this field. Photos loaded are genuine customer of ours. We are expanding our cilent base as my partner and I moved to Rowville not long. Extra references can be provided from my old cilents. 

We are a 3 adults household (Michelle, Jason and Jason's mum) and 1 dog ("Shibuya", Japanese spitz, 9 yo, male desexed). Our dog has no issue with getting along with other dogs as he is used to being around various size of dogs from dog school. He obtained his cert 3 at Knox Obedience. He attended agility training previously, however we have to put a stop to the jumping as he sustained a ligament injury.

We have a medium to large size fully fenced backyard (300sq metres backyard plus alfresco). We only accept indoor dogs as we don't feel comfortable leaving dogs outdoors. So the guests we take in must be toilet trained.

Dogs would hardly be left alone as Michelle works from home and only have occasional client visit, and Jason works half day in the office and be back for lunch since. Mil would assist as required. However, any drop off and pick up must be handled by Michelle or Jason.

A meet and greet is a MUST prior to any booking to discuss any concerns and assess compatibility. We value communication and create bonding between owners, dog and us (it's a 2-way communication, not 1).

PLEASE NOTE:
- Homeboarding is based on 24hrs stay, calculated from scheduled drop off time. If the pick up time exceeds the 24hrs stay, daycare charge might apply.

- Daycare (Earliest around 7:45am drop-off to approximately 6:30pm)

- Surcharge of $5/24hrs stay & daycare applies on peak period (e.g. public holiday/ long weekend- including one day before (Fri to Sun), and the period between 15th Dec and 31st Jan).

- Only take in fully vaccinated and toilet trained, indoor pup.

- No problem with administering medication or injection

We were so grateful Michelle and Jason could look after Fifi at short notice and promptly arranged the meet and greet, where I could see Fifi felt right at home and enjoyed her meeting with Shibuya their docile Japanese spitz.

Michelle and Jason have vast knowledge of training and caring for all types of dogs and Fifi responded with delight during the meet and greet.

Fifi is a white well-groomed Poodle and I was impressed Michelle knew straight up how to look after her and to work-in with our care requirements.

Drop off and pick up was easy and efficient and we appreciated the photos and updates through-out the day on how Fifi was going.

Fifi had a fun day playing with the other dogs in a safe and caring environment and we look forward to Michelle and Jason looking after Fifi in the future.

Simba had his second stay with Michelle and Jason and loved it! Michelle and Jason attended to Simba’s needs and anxious nature. He made more doggy friends and is more comfortable with his new human friends too. Michelle and Jason kept us updated and communication throughout the weekend and we would definitely book with their petsitter services again. Highly recommend!
