I have had pets of my own or looked after friends and family's pets throughout my life since 10yrs of age, having more than 20 years experiences ranging from chooks, ducks, rabbits, parrots, cats, dogs, guinea pigs, spiders and lizards, all of which with fabulous and heartwarming experiences and memories..
After my husky of 15yrs passed away 2 years ago I'm not ready with having another life long furball family member as I understand the dedication, care and time needed. I mainly work at home as a part time business development manager for a REITs company so I know the importance of responsibility, reliability and credibility. I would love to take care of furballs on a part time basis as I miss deeply the unconditional bond that pets have for us and my passion and love for animals big and small. They are our spiritual healers and part of our life.
I have a large yard for them to roam and play and a pergola/sunroom for them to rest, I have no kids and no pets at the moment but my family and friends sometimes leaves their pets at mine, and I sometimes foster dogs for shelters. They will not be without company for long hours as my work is quite flexible and i usually run/walk about 10-15km everyday, so enough exercising, walking and getting outdoors are a breeze. I live close to a large oval fenced dog park so doggy socialising and having fun is also on the agenda! only if required as I understand some might prefer peace and quiet and to be left alone. I also live fairly close to lane cove national park and other parkland areas for occasional bush walks.
I have a dog pram that i can stroll around for any senior or injured pets up to 25kgs, am exceptionally experienced with elder dogs.
also accept boarding for other animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, birds etc
can pick up and drop off animals within a 2km radius to chatswood 2067 for extra 10 per trip.
Sorry i do not accept young puppies, excessive barking or aggressive, destructive pets, or pets over 25kg in case I cannot handle lead pulling
please note: I do not sleep with pets in the same room as I'm a very light sleeper, they will be sleeping in other separate enclosed rooms in the house connected to a balcony and a bathroom
