I love animals of all types and sizes and will look after your pet like they are my own ❤️

I grew up in the country and loved looking after a number of pets and animals. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and love animals and gardening. 

I have a large house in Riverton with a huge backyard and garden with space to explore. The backyard is fully enclosed with high fence.

I'm experienced with rescue animals and have done several fostering assignments with RSPCA which I really enjoyed. I'm happy to contribute to any obedience lessons that you may be taking your dog through. 

I have a very sweet Kelpie x Collie dog named Ruby. Ruby a beautiful nature, very submissive, playful and absolutely loves all other dogs, the very biggest softie. She has loved all of her doggy playmates who have stayed for doggy vacations. Ruby has been through obedience school (L1 &L2), fully vaxxed and also de-sexed.

Ruby loves to play and I know any dogs I look after will return at the end of the day tired and happy! Though she does relax if the other guest dog isn't interested. Any feeding times for doggo's are done completely separately.

To note about services offered:

-Happy for doggy guests to access both inside and outside of the house. 

- For overnighters, dog guest bedding is usually set up in a spare room (Ruby will sleep separately in her bed in the laundry)

-I usually take only one booking at a time. 

- I walk Ruby at least once every day to one of the nearby dog parks (three nearby). Your dog is welcome to come with us on our daily walk if you wish to. 

-I support Pawshake's meet and greet recommendation for 1st time bookings. Evenings and weekends suit best.

-I work full time during Mon-Fri, doggy guests will need to be ok by themselves outside during hours 8am to 5pm on long term boarding bookings. Unfortunately that means that I am not suitable for any high-needs dogs or dogs with anxiety. 

-I can make custom arrangements for pick up and drop off during weekdays by arrangement.

-When making a booking request, the first contact always comes through as an enquiry-only: so I can first confirm a meet and greet. Please feel free to make an enquiry first to initiate contact, and I can organise a meet and greet at a convenient time for you
