Tayla and Liam

Hello, my name is Tayla and my husband's name is Liam. I love love LOVE animals, especially dogs!! I have chosen to become a Pawshake Sitter/Walker so I can share my passion for animals with those who are needing pet services. My husband will join me in my housesitting adventures.

I have had dogs in my family my whole life and have experience looking after dogs, even ones with challenging behaviors. My dog is a miniature bull terrier and is very energetic and hyper, and I have walked and looked after him for 7 years now. I have also done lots of pet sitting and dog walking for other people over the years and feel I would be a very capable and hard working pet sitter for your pet. Pets I have looked after are cats, dogs, birds, goats, chickens and lizards... I am pretty much open to anything! I have looked after all sorts of breeds of dogs, big and small, such as bull terriers, staffies, greyhounds, jack russels and more (see photo gallery).

A pet booked in with me will experience a safe and cosy environment. 

I will have my husband come along with me for pet sitting services. 

I am more than happy with snuggles and am willing to make the experience as normal as possible for your animal, so they feel comfortable at all times. I am a fun loving carer who will take your dog for as many or as little walks as they need. I love the outdoors and am always up for adventure!

My services include:

PET SITTING (at the pet's home)

- I am happy to take dogs for walks while pet sitting for you.

- I can administer oral medication, and am happy to continue any dog training you have started. However, please note I am not a professional dog trainer.

- I am able to care for 2 dogs at a time, and 5 pets maximum for any house sit.

- With pet sitting, I will be home the majority of the time. I work in before and after school care so may have a shift early morning or in the afternoon, however I am casual so this will not happen every day. But bare in mind, 24/7 supervision is unlikely.

DOGGY DAY CARE (at pet's home)

DOG WALKING

- Walks vary from 20 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the dog's needs.

- I live in Pakenham and have lots of walking tracks around me, such as the Toomuc Creek Reserve and Aqueduct Trail).

- I can walk 2 dogs at a time where requested.

HOME VISITS (to feed and walk your pets and water plants while you are away)
