Hello there!

My name is Mika. I have grown up with animals my entire life from dogs, birds, and hedgehogs. I have recently moved to Perth from a small mountain town in the USA. Back at home I have one adorable dog Pinto, a chiweenie, who is five years old. Pinto was a rescue pup and I have worked closely with him to help him feel comfortable in various social situations that he was previously too scared to do. I am looking to pet sit/dog walk because I miss my dog and would like to continue to be around furry friends. Typical activities with my dog include walking around the neighborhood, trail running, playing in the park, hiking in the mountains, and going to the dog park to play with other dogs! I have five years experience with my current dog and have lived with another dog for the past two years. I am patient, playful, and energetic when it comes to interacting with animals. Dogs always seem drawn to me and I love it!

I am available to walk, make home visits, and stay at your home for overnight care for your dog. I work four days a week during the hours 10 am-5pm, so I am available before or after these times. However, I do have some flexibility with these times so feel free to message me to chat further. I live with my partner, Jack, and he would love to join me on a dog walk if you are ok with that. He has also grown up with dogs and cats and has lived with me and my dog, Pinto, for one year.

I enjoy all shapes and sizes of dogs and have experience interacting and caring for small and large dogs. I want to treat your dog with the same love, care, and compassion my dog, Pinto, is getting back at home!
