About Katie
Hello! I am an accredited behaviourist with a 12-year background in veterinary management and pet services. I now have my own local business in pet behaviour and aim to provide tailored, individual services to the pets of the Gold Coast. When I am not consulting, I like to offer my time to those pets and families in need of a little extra help. I offer experienced support in the form of home visits and walks, providing enrichment, training, and care along the way.
I understand how busy and challenging life can be in these times, and how sometimes just a helping hand can make a big difference. I attend to each pets individual needs, caring for all types from the anxious to the excitable. My services are always kind and respectful to the animals I am working with, and my behavioural approach is anchored in up to date, scientific, positive methods. I have experience in veterinary services and can accommodate medical and age-related requirements. I am happy to give medications and will always act in the best interests of your pet and their wellbeing while they are in my care. I also have experience attending to pregnant females and their litters.
