Our family has always had pets and we have treated them with a lot of love and respect.

Over the years we have eagerly offered to pet sit family, friends and neighbours pets. After our cat passed away a friend suggested we join Pawshake as a way to work out if we would like to have a pet dog. This was a fanastic idea as we got to experience looking after many different breeds of dogs examples are:

A very energetic Labrador who we still regularly look after when their owners are on holidays.
A gorgeous full of energy Kelpie puppy, a very intelligent cuddly border Collie, two Whippets who loved to laze around while I blow dried my hair and many more fur babies.
We have also cared for guinea pigs – view the funny photo of the guinea pig on our couch watching tv.

We have now welcomed into our home a mini schnauzer (view photo of Colin on my profile). When your pet stays they will have the company of Colin.

We would welcome your pet into our home with a lot of love, care and cuddles.
Our request is your pets are to be up to date with their worming, flea and tick treatments. Your pet food, bedding and toys are to be supplied.

Our home
Has a secure wall and fence around it.
We also have 24 hour camera security
which gives you peace of mind when we do go out your pet is being monitored.
At the back of our home is a nature reserve in which we can walk your dog and a 15 minute walk away is the river.
Price includes at least one dog walk per day
