Hi, I'm Daniel. I'm a professional house sitter and pet carer, a qualified Landscape Architect, working as a community gardens coordinator for the local Council. I am a responsible and reliable mature man, with many regular sitting appointments across the coast. I absolutely adore animals, having owned dogs and cats my entire life, and several times living on rural properties with horses, sheep, and goats. My dearest buddy Frank the Aussie Shepard passed away after a most brilliant life together, so until the time comes for another fur baby of my own, I thoroughly enjoy meeting as many as I can across the coast and caring for them while their parents are away.
House sitting services: Professional house sitting and pet caring services include walking, feeding, playing, grooming and washing (at Pet Barn), litter box maintenance (cats), poop scooping, regular company, and providing medicines (if needed). For your home - garden and lawn care, plant watering, mail collection, security and basic cleaning, pool maintenance, and rubbish collection requirements.
Home visit services: Include
care for all animals and is inclusive of feeding, dedicated playtime, providing medications (if required), mail collection, and rubbish collection. Additional animals and home requirements (garden and pool care, etc) can be discussed.
**Please note that all my fees incorporate the 19% fees charged by this app (Premium Pet Insurance).
House sitting Experience: I bring completely professional and high-quality experience, with many positive references to any potential house sitting opportunities (just new to this app, but I have many more and several on happyhousesitters.com.au. Please ask for more). I have decades of experience caring for animals (dogs, cats, fish, horses, sheep, goats), so coastal or rural opportunities are no problem. I can also offer a very green thumb and some solid handyman experience if you would like some assistance recommending plants or garden designs for your home.
About me: I'm a healthy and active person, I am always at the beach walking and swimming, reading, writing, cooking, hiking, and generally enjoying everything the coast has to offer. The addition of allowing your furry people to join in just adds to my days. I truly value being able to help families by caring for your pets and gardens, offering security and maintenance for your home while you are away.

Getting a house sitter was a new experience for us and it was the first time we left our dog behind.
We felt very comfortable leaving Max at our house with Daniel. From the moment I read his profile to our meet and greet, I felt comfortable and at ease during the few days we were away. Daniel was sending me daily updates and photos about Max which was nice.
