20% discount for overnight stay (~$64/night) if:
- I already know your fur balls
- Your pets are okay to be left alone for at least 7hrs in the day, ie are use to both pet parents working full time (not to say I will be gone for that long just that the option is there).
Hi everyone!
My name is Hannah, and I came into the pet sitting/walking business when I lived in Tassie. It has been an amazing experience, one I am wanting to continue up in Townsville while I study my degree! (I'm missing my pooches back home).
I have grown up with a whole range of furry family members, and am happy to care for all of the below no matter what breed, age or temperament.
My services include:
For overnight house sits:
Let me know what breed I will be sitting and when you would like to do a meet and greet beforehand. I am usually free to come in after 4pm or on weekends, just to get to know your pet and run through the things I will be doing (ie feeding, walking, where I will be staying, what times I should get there).
While I am house sitting I will update you with photos and let you know how it is going.
If I see something needs to be done I will not hesitate to do it, such as taking out the bins or collecting mail.
For walkings:
I will pick up your dog(s) from your home at the agreed time for a 30min dog walk (will be happy to do longer). Where I walk will depend on what I have discussed with you and where you live. I will be happy to take them to the dog park, the botanical gardens, or on a nice walk down the ross river. I do not mind picking them up from an unattended home after an initial meet and greet first.
Times will be mostly afternoons after 4pm any weekday. This is due to the safety concern for your dog in the heat as well as my university timetable. Weekend availability will vary so you can just send me a quick message regarding my available time that week. I am happy to take three dogs max on any one walk, as long as they are use to walking.
Would be amazing if you don't live too far away ~ <5km from Cranbrook
A bit about me:
I am 21 years old, and studying my third year in the Bachelor of Veterinary Science (honours) at JCU. I moved up here from Tasmania, as the course is not offered down there. I have two younger brothers, an older sister and a twin sister back home.
I grew up with four border collies, four domestic shorthair cats, heaps of chickens and ducks, two rangeland goats, three cockatiels (my pride and joys), a quarter horse x, an Australian riding pony and a little dragon lizard.
It was always my job to feed and care for these animals every morning. I'm reliable when it comes to my jobs, especially when it involves caring for animals. I will always be on time and I will strive to make my walks fun for your pet (I will also rock up at your door with treats so if your dog or cat does not take them just let me know with a text).
I'm so excited to start and can't wait to meet you all! :)
Full refund if canceled before 12:00 p.m. one day before the booking, 50% refund afterward.
No refund is payable if the booking is canceled on or after the start date.
Note: All times are based on the sitter’s time zone
Hannah looked after our Millie and Ruby while we were on holiday and did an amazing job. Hannah kept us updated on our fur babies and sent photos. Would welcome Hannah back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.
Hannah was great. We always knew what our dog was doing with messages and photos. Came home to a clean house and a very happy dog.We will definitely rebook with Hannah. Thanks so much, Josie
