**Looking for a long term 4+ month Housesit arrangement in 2024 ideally Kingston/Bayside area. Terms are negotiable**

I am an adaptable and very tidy housesitter per carer available to care for your treasured pets and home. I predominantly housesit or do house visits in the Bayside area of Melbourne. i.e.Brighton, Hampton, Sandringham, Black Rock through to Mordialloc and immediate surrounding suburbs.

Having used a pet sitting service to care for my own pets and home in the past (prior to having adult children who now fill that role) I know exactly what pet owners require to ensure peace of mind when they travel. Keeping them informed of how their pets are doing and regularly sending photos of their fur babies. I will as ensure your house is secure and kept neat and tidy during my stay.

Most importantly I will love and care for your pets as if they were my own.  

I am available to housesit seven days per week. I mostly work from so will keep your pets company day and night. I also love getting outdoors on walks to local parks, beaches, and suburban streets. 

For home visits, I will spend quality time engaging and playing with your pets for at least half an hour. I will happily feed them and administer medication as well as undertake other jobs such as refreshing litter trays, mail collection, and plant watering as per your instructions.

I have completed a 7-week pet sit for a gorgeous chocolate labrador where we enjoyed lovely walks (usually four per day) of his local area as well as short excursions to other Bayside parks and the occasional hydro bath (see pics and owner review below). 

I understand the importance of keeping your beloved pet in their familiar surroundings while you are away so they have continuity and the comforts of their home at hand.

"Karen was fab. I don't think we could have found a better person to look after our labrador. She was proactive and responsive even before she did the house sit. While we were overseas we had to extend our stay by 5 days and Karen was kind enough to stay on in our place. We received timely updates on how he was and what he was doing including lots of pictures. He also was a little poorly while we were away and Karen called the vet and took great care of him. When we returned after the 6 weeks our house was immaculate and we could tell that Rolo had been well cared for. She even got him a new jacket for walking in the rain.
