Hi there!

I am Cato (she/her), 22 years old and from Belgium (my English is fluent though, no worries 😉).

I am living in Sydney now as an exchange student in Environmental Engineering at UTS.

Since I was a child we always had dogs at home and a couple years ago we adopted Aida and later Billie (both from Romania). They are the black/white dog and large carptian shepperd looking dog. The process of gaining their full trust and training them has been a far greater challenge then our non-adopted puppies. It took a lot patience, effort, socialisation and we still attend the doggy school to keep them on their 'toes'. 😉 I train a lot with them at home, always positively motivating them, go on regular long walks, have them catch up with their fellow-dog friends, took a dog body language workshops myself, etc. I feel like a proud mom to say I've seen them grow enormously and it has been such a rewarding gift. And they seem very grateful to have landed in our home too. I love them to death! ❤️❤️‍🔥

You can tell I have some experience with dogs, but most imporantly I just really really love them. I miss my dogs at home so much. The picture next to my bed are the two of them and when on facetime with my fam they allready know they allready anticipate that my first question is to show the dogs.

But it's not just them. I love all dogs. I still donate to the dog shelter association in Belgium and in Ghent, my university city, I walk the dogs in the shelter. Whenever I went, I always asked to hand me a dog that people didn't walk regulary so they too got a chance to be walked even though they pulled hard, had an injury, were difficult with other dogs, etc. and they knew I could handle it.

I reaaaallly look forward to meeting your paw friend. I am happy to do any kind of service, from taking care of them at home to taking them on extensive walks. I promise to not just walk them around the block. Because even on my own I just to walk around to explore the city and beaches.
