Hi there, my name's Nadine.

I am a devoted animal lover and carer and have been my entire life; I knew from a very young age my soul purpose was to work with animals. I grew up amongst many different species from birds and chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, to dogs, cats and even hermit crabs and fish! My passion for animals led me to a career as a veterinary nurse, in which I have over 10 years experience. After a long hiatus to raise my children and to study a university degree in human food and nutrition, my yearning for working with animals grew so strong that I embarked on a journey towards a diploma of animal acupuncture and a certificate in animal reiki. I have been working part-time offering animal acupuncture and healing for the past 2 years, specifically with horses, dogs and cats.

I consider myself to be highly reliable, responsible, honest, punctual, and above all, professional. I have a sensative and empathetic nature which helps resonate with all animals I come into contact with, allowing them to fully trust and be comfortable within my presence.

Due to my vet nursing career, I have experience with all breeds of dogs and cats as well as smaller pets and am comfortable and competent to administer medications: topical, oral or injectable. I have hand raised many animals over the years and nursed the elderly, so I have experience with all age groups. 

I currently have 4 furry family members - Mooshie an 18yr old brown Burmese, Tinka an 11yr old Fox Terrier mix breed who was a rescue pup at 11wks of age, Bubble and Squeak, 1yr old guinea pig sisters with lots of sass!

I have a flexible schedule and as such am available 7 days per week and can service most of the Central Coast. At this stage I can only offer house visits and dog walks. House visits entail a minimum of 30mins; this allows for cleaning, feeding and spending some quality time with your beloved pet/s. I simply ask that basic cleaning supplies like paper towel, garbage bags, kitty litter etc be available to assist with cleaning. Dog walking time is determined upon the breed, age and energy levels, but usually a minimum of 30mins. I prefer to walk your dog/s in their local area as this provides familiarity and comfort, but am happy to accommodate and explore other areas where appropriate.
