Occupation: Engineer, full-time. I work from home and have lots of breaks for walks throughout the day and attention to be given. 

Experience in pet sitting: Hi, my name is Courtney and I love looking after dogs! I've grown up with a family dog which was a King Charles Cavalier. My sisters both now have their own dogs which I often look after. I have also looked after friends dogs for different lengths of time. When I look after my sisters and friends dogs I ensure they have food and water, comfortable bedding, get a walk in and have some toys to play with inside the home, and receive my attention throughout the day.

About me: I am a caring and relaxed person. As a dog sitter I am very caring for the dogs needs and expectations of their owner. I am also a very active person and therefore, love taking dogs for walks to the parks in my local area. I am mindful of other pets in public areas and respectful of the owners wishes regarding their dogs social interaction. 

House arrangements: I live in Redfern in a big apartment on the 3rd floor with a housemate. My housemate is 29 years old, works in finance, had pets growing up and is also happy to have friendly pets around to meet. My housemate is happy for guest pets to be around however, I will be the sole carer. We do not have any other pets/resident dog.  

The apartment is on the larger side with separate lounge and dining area and a sunroom and balcony. The apartment has timber floors throughout so no issues if toilet training is still ongoing. The sunroom is fully enclosed. The balcony has a fence and wire to protect the area. This can be closed off if the guest pet is too small or the owner does not feel comfortable. The apartment is secure with two security doors to access the apartment.  

Motivation to be a pet sitter: My motivation to be a dog sitter is to meet some gorgeous friendly dogs and to ensure they are well looked after when requiring dog sitting. 

Services offered:

Daycare - 6am - 11pm daily 

Dog walking - 6am - 8pm daily 

House visits - 6am - 8pm daily 

House sitting - any day of the week 

I am located in a urban area which makes it convenient for people working in the city for day time dog sitting.
