I love all animals. I want to help pawrents look after their fur-kids who may need some special attention.

My services

Home visit - For feeding and general pet care only. This does not include dog walking.

Walking - This includes walking your dog and feeding.

Pet sit - This includes one walk, feeding, and overnight supervision within 5km of Brookvale. I cannot provide daytime supervision or pet boarding at my home.

I have a dog and a cat and often worry about leaving them with strangers when I go away for work or leisure, as you see, they each have special needs.

Reactive Dogs

My dog is reactive which a lot of 'dog lovers' don't understand (where those ignorant would label him aggressive), and my cat is a rescue so she's not great with meeting new people.  

If you have similar issues with your fur kids, or you don't really trust a stranger around them, I'm the gal for you. 

I'm experienced with reactive dogs and can understand what their triggers are and how to avoid them, so they can enjoy their walks without barking or lunging at other dogs.

I can use a training collar such as martingale, Herm Sprenger and slip collars (NO prong, electric, citronella, or bark control, I'm not qualified nor condone the use of those). 

**I'm not a qualified dog trainer but can do basic obedience with your dog while on walks and whatnot (believe it or not, you can teach an old dog a new trick and they love it, especially when yummy treats are involved.)**

Cats and Kittens

I've had cats my whole life so I can get along with even the most elusive ones, as I currently have a rescue cat that "would never be a lap cat" where she proceeded to sleep on my face the second week I adopted her. I've also had experience with kittens as my childhood cat 'accidentally' bore a litter.

Cats generally don't like to be taken into a new environment (such as boarding) therefore I can provide at-home care where they can feel safe in their own territory. 

If you have other unconventional pets (and plants!) I'm happy to look after them too.
