Hi fur parents! 

My name is Emily and I am a qualified veterinary nurse & puppy preschool teacher. 

Your beloved pets are in safe and loving hands with me. I offer pet sitting in my home, doggy day care, walks & house visits. My home is available for small to large breed dogs including puppies. I can care for other pets such as cats, birds and Guinea pigs via house visits. During your dogs stay you will receive daily updates with photos and videos. They will have access to inside and outside of our home. We have a large fully fenced yard that is perfect for zoomies. The fences are high and secured with locked gates. We live in a two storey house and the yard is accessed via stairs. Your dog can sleep where they wish: on our couch, in our room or on their own bed or crate. Your dog’s stay will involve regular walks of at least 30 minutes, playing games in our yard such as fetch, cuddles, enrichment activities & treats. I usually board a maximum of two dogs at a time but will sometimes increase this to three dogs if it is a busy time of year like Christmas. 

I work part time so I am home most of the week. We are unable to house pets that need 24/7 supervision or pets that have moderate to severe separation anxiety. We do have an infant so your dog must be comfortable around small children (we always supervise interactions). My husband is a huge animal lover too and is very involved in the care of our guests. We have two friendly and well socialised whippets (7 and 6years old). They are a male and female pair, both desexed. They enjoy zooming around the yard, sleeping & going on walks. We always have a meet and greet so you can see our house and ensure our dogs get along. 

I am familiar with most dog breeds and understand their different quirks and needs. I am confident with administering medications and adhering to special dietary requirements.
