Hi there!

I am new to pet sitting "officially"! However I have babysat a lot of furry friends from family, friends and others over the past few years. In my gallery are a few photos of the adorable pets I have looked after.

I do have some pets of my own, a grumpy cat called Fuzzy and a beautiful greyhound called Ruby Roo... I also have a fighting fish called Newman but he doesn't say too much. I would really love some chickens and a sheep but that will go on my wish-list till I have some land ...as I don't think my suburban house will be appropriate 😂

I am currently working between 2 hospitals as an Emergency Department clerk which I really enjoy. I've been a clerk just over a year now. Before that I used to be a Patient Care Assistant. I was working full time but found it quite draining so now I work casually and have a much better work/life balance.

My motivation for trying pet sitting is my love for animals and my love for being outside. I do enjoy keeping active especially after sitting down all day and being inside. I try to go for a run or a walk each day and I find taking pets with me give an extra boost of motivation.

The current services I offer at the moment are:

Walks: I'm happy to walk for as long or as little as you like. Im happy to enforce any training techniques you may be using. If your dog is happy to travel in the car then I am willing to take them to new locations also but that is completely optional.

Dog daycare: I am happy to have dogs over to my house when I am home, if they don't mind my greyhound. I have a nice grassed area and secure fencing. Dogs are allowed in the house too especially in hot weather! I can fence my dog in a separate area if your pet prefers it's own space. I live by the river and can take them for a walk depending what you're comfortable with.

Overnight pet sitting: this will include a lot of time playing and cuddling with your pets. I can take them for local walks around the neighbourhood if you're comfortable with that. Housesitting also includes emptying the bins, watering any plants, keeping everything neat and tiny plus any thing else you'd like to be done while you're away.

Check ins (once or twice daily): this will include spending some time playing with the animals and making sure they are okay. I can also water plants, empty bins and/or check the mail box which can be discussed further on bookings.
