Since I was a child living in Europe and then in Malaysia where my father had business interests during the 1960's and 70's, I have always cared for my own pets, usually dogs and cats. I do not care for farm animals or reptiles.
I WILL LOOK AFTER YOUR PET(S) AS IF THEY WERE MY OWN AND AS A MATURE PERSON, I AM RESPONSIBLE, PATIENT AND CAREFUL.
I lived and worked in Sydney for nearly 40 years on the Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches, and the Eastern Suburbs and I worked in real estate in Annandale and Balmain. I volunteered for three years at the Ingleside Animal Welfare refuge near Terry Hills, with Peggy Brown. That was a valuable experience; it was hard emotionally when presented with abused or neglected pets, but there is joy and satisfaction in knowing your service makes a small diference in the animal's life.
I am a vegan because of my love of animals; I haven't had a steak in fifty years.
PLEASE NOTE: My geographical preference for work is a radius encompassing the Upper Blue Mountains, Katoomba, Lawson, Blackheath, Hazelbrook, Wentworth Falls, Bulluburra. I am unable to look after your dogs or cats in my own home. House visits include everything at the set price in relation to your dog and/or cat’s needs, as well as watering indoor plants, mail collection, and bins. Overnight stays for house minding, means that I do sleep overnight at your home but that during the day, I am able to come home and tend to my own fur kids' needs, so I come and go from your home as you would normally.
