I‘m Kira, 36 years old and work in Emergency Services.

I am the owner of Bella, our energetic German Shepherd x Husky who we rescued last year. I also have two dachshunds, Gerry and Hervey.

Gerry had surgery last year for IVDD (Intervertebral disc disease - it is a common source of back pain in dogs especially in older dogs but also younger dogs of predisposed breeds). Whilst I am no expert, I successfully cared for Gerry and he went from complete paralysis in his back legs to now out and running. Through this experience I have learned a lot about IVDD and have the experience and confidence of your dog is in the same position and requires home visits for toilet breaks and some love and attention.

I have been around animals my whole life and absolutely adore them. Pets to me are a part of the family and are treated with the same love and respect as people. I often have spare time which I would love to be able to walk and care for your pet while you are busy with work, travel, or just life in general.

I have access to a dog park that caters for both large and small dogs. I am extremely active and love walking/running along the river. If you need your 4-legged friend worn out I am the person to call! Or if your pet just needs some cuddles and care I am more than qualified for that also.

While I have the most experience with dogs I have also had cats, mice, birds, reptiles and fish throughout my life.

I understabd all pets are different and am more than happy to discuss these individual needs with you. I can promise your pet will be treated with the same amount of love that I give mine.
