We are a family of 6 - mum, dad, 3 teenagers and a Shetland sheepdog. Having had dogs for most of our lives, and having looked after friends' dogs, we believe that we understand how dogs see their "hoomans". Dogs are part of our lives, but to them their "hoomans" are their whole life, hence we should truly look after them whole heartedly. We have a lot of love to give.
We love dogs of all sizes but prefer to babysit small to medium sized ones. 3 to 4 dogs (including ours) boarding at the time would be the ideal maximum, that way we can take good care of each and everyone of them. The dogs will have the run of the house as mum is home most of the time.
A typical day in this household; Dad leaves for work at 6.30am. Older children leave for uni between 8 and 10am, if they have classes, otherwise they're home. Mum takes youngest child to school at 7.45am and is back at home by 9am. Dad comes home at 3pm. Mum leaves home at 2.15pm to pick up youngest child from school and gets back home at 3.45pm. Older children come home at various times. Basically the house is almost never unattended.
Our front and back yards are secure - fully fenced.
While staying with us, fur babies will go on walks twice a day. We live close by to a park. Would prefer vaccinated & house trained dogs.

Claudia is a fantastic dog sitter! Bowser had the best time, and she is one of the few people I trust to care for my fur-baby! 11/10 recommend!
Henry absolutely adores Claudia and for good reason, she takes amazing care of him. I must admit I even get a little bit jealous of how much he loves her. He even eats vegetables for her which he won't eat at home. Couldn't hope for a better carer and wouldn't trust him with anyone else.
