Hi all! My name is Laura, and I am so excited by this opportunity to meet and care for your dog children!
I currently hold a cert IV in companionship animal services, and am super excited by this chance to expand my knowledge of all breeds great and small! My goal is to become a behaviourist and work with the RSPCA rehoming damaged and unloved dogs, because they all deserve a chance at happiness in their forever homes. I am seeing this as a great opportunity to expand on my knowledge (and ultimately resume) and to being able to work doing what I love! interacting and learning with dogs. I have a fur child of my own, a 2 year old Jack Russell, so am well versed with dogs who have BIG personalities, as well as a little sass. I would love to be able to pet sit in my own home, but unfortunately have another older dog in the house, and I don't think he would cope with that much stimulation.
What I offer is unconditional love and patience from a true dog person, walks as often as required, and good old fashioned fun however your dog likes to play. I can also offer some basic training! Anything from potty training, to walking calmly on the lead, basic skills eg sit, stay, come, and if we want to get fancy I can show your dog (and you) some fun ones, from shake, right up to jumping through hoops!
If i sound like a good fit I look forward to hearing from you!
