"James was fantastic. It was a last minute request and there were no issues whatsoever. He visited prior to the stay to meet Chip and then took great care of our boy.
Regular conversation throughout with pictures meant that we could relax and know he was in the best of care.
We have already booked James for our next period away and will continue to do so.
Highly recommend. "

"Karin was the ideal pet sitter for our 2 cats, one of which requires daily medication. Both cats took to her very quickly and we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing they were in great care from Karin who provided daily updates and was very communicative.
Beyond taking care of our cats, we returned home to find a spotless house with changed bed sheets, fresh litter and she had even taken the bins out. We would definitely use Karin again and couldn't recommend her enough. "

"Beth and her partner stayed in our home with our 4 dogs while we were interstate. The dogs were amazingly happy and Beth walked them regularly and took them to the local off leash park. "I was so pleased to have Tamara and Exequiel look after my dogs. Their communication was excellent before and during their stay. Responded quickly everytime, and kept me updated daily. I had a few extra requests while I was away and they were very accommodating. When they came to meet and greet before the sit, my dog greeted them like friends. Definitely dog lovers! "To put it simply… Amy was truly my savior a few months ago when I had to travel back to the US on short notice for three weeks. I was in a desperate search for someone to stay with my three animals (two gorgeous Poms and my cat) at the time. Visa delays had hampered my travel planning. With less than two weeks to go before my scheduled departure, Amy came to my rescue. From our first communication, she stood out as someone with not only excellent communication skills but an absolutely core love for animals. The moment we met for our trial run walk with my reactive Poms, she put me at ease with her kindness, attention to detail, and caring nature. Her positive energy was infectious. She intently listened to my instructions on the dogs needs and behaviors. She was punctual and showed immediate interest in how best to look after them. During my time away, she followed the instructions that I left her for all of the animals explicitly (which included giving my two dogs their medication twice a day). She was constantly in contact with me over the three weeks providing updates and photos of my fur babies. This put me in such a calm state making my travel stress free knowing that she was their at home with my babies. She organized to receive a refill of their food and medications. Most importantly of all, she was was so caring and loving towards the animals providing them cuddles and making sure to limit their separation anxiety without me. As this was the longest that I had ever been away from them, she was a great substitute pet parent. When I arrived back home, not only was my house in immaculate conditions but the animals were in a calm state. I wouldn’t want anyone else to look after them during my future travels. Thank you so much Amy. Casper, Gigi, and Leo were so lucky to have you. "

"Dani and Scott looked after our cat and our young puppy for a week. We were very anxious to leave him, but after meeting Dani and Scott I felt very comfortable having them stay in our home and take care of our precious babies. They had a great time and loved Dani and Scott - so much so that our cat slept on the bed with them, which is more affection than I have gotten since I had the audacity to bring a dog into the house!
