"Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"We loved the open communication and updates that were given throughout the stay. Kartika treated Milo like her own dog, her care towards him was certainly valued!
We had Milo stay for 3 nights with Kartika. Throughout the stay, we were constantly getting updates on how Milo was doing. Kartika even took Milo was a super long walk along with her other dog.

"Judith was such a lovely and amazing dog sitter. She took such great care of Ruby, and treated my dog Ruby like her own, and was very good at communicating Ruby’s progress with me when I was away during my trip - I was updated with lots of lovely photos of Ruby and I was very reassured that Ruby was doing great. "Jenny was very professional and lovely. It was easy to communicate with Jenny. She kept us updated us on our little one every couple of hours and gave us this big piece of mind and reassurance. Our baby(dog) was looked after very well. He was taken on a regular walks and socialized with other pets. i highly recommend Jenny and her service and would use her services again in future. "From first contact Alida was amazing.
This was the first time boarding my pet jack Russell, so I was very happy with how polite and welcoming Alida was and helped me through the process.
Alida and her family went above and beyond with not just boarding my pet but creating exciting experiences for him with a paddle pool, walks and a spot on the couch to watch tv and a nap. "Sally, a Cavoodle, had a wonderful time with Shaun and family. I received photos daily and she appeared very happy and content with her daily walks and cuddles. It was the longest time (2 weeks) I had left her so was quite worried, but she was very well looked after and I would highly recommend Shaun as a sitter.
