"Kate's a superstar - she took such wonderful care of our cat while we were away. Our cat bonded with Kate almost straight-away and it was a delight to see daily photos and videos of playtime, cuddles and treats. Our cat was safe and stress-free under her care. Kate is kind and very thorough; she also took care of non-cat tasks like collecting mail and watering plants which was a huge help. 10/10 would recommend!"

"I've used a couple of local (exxy) agencies & they were quite underwhelming - like leaving a stack of dirty cat food bowls in the sink for when you come back from being away! Now I've found a gem - Claire :-) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She's trustworthy, genuine, and clearly cares about doing the right thing for the pets in her care. "Ally was incredible with my pets. She treated them so well and I knew they were in good hands. I left a huge set of instructions about my pets and she followed them all and was very thorough. I always got communication after every visit and Ally even sent me pictures of all my pets after every visit. This reassured me that they were all safe and happy. You can tell that Ally has a deep love for animals by the way she treats them and speaks about them. I highly recommend Ally as a pet sitter- she does an incredible job. "

"Megan house sat for me and Saffy for over a week. She was beyond wonderful. I got photos every day. it was so comforting knowing that Saffy was safe, happy and very well cared for while I was gone. Megan is such an amazing, conscientious and caring dog sitter. I would recommend her for any size or aged dog. I have now used her for dog sitting, dog walking and extended stays, her balance of professionalism and love for Saffy has impressed me so much."

"Shaun Is an amazing person. Our initial meet turned into 2 hours of interesting chat.. She has a lovely personality and extremely fond of animals. In the time I was away, she send a text message and photos of my 3 cats every day. When popping in afterwards, I could see that the cats adores her and everything was kept so nice and tidy. "Caroline was a delight to deal with from start to finish. We booked her to make a house visit once daily over 8 days to look after our two elderly cats (plus water the pot plants) while we were away overseas. We felt very comfortable leaving them in her care, and it was clear from the photos and videos she sent that they received plenty of TLC. They’re old and fussy, but they loved her! We found her communication style to be proactive and clear. We’ll definitively book Caroline again."
