"Kate's a superstar - she took such wonderful care of our cat while we were away. Our cat bonded with Kate almost straight-away and it was a delight to see daily photos and videos of playtime, cuddles and treats. Our cat was safe and stress-free under her care. Kate is kind and very thorough; she also took care of non-cat tasks like collecting mail and watering plants which was a huge help. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Lauren was outstanding!
This was our first time using any pet sitter for a fur family.
We couldn't be more happier with Lauren, she went above and beyond for our three animals and also engaged thoroughly with my 'to do' list (as I haven't don't this before,I went overboard on leaving notes🫣).
Given it was a special time of year (Christmas) for everyone, Lauren still had no problem in visiting and making sure our little family was in safe hands.
Plus, knowing that Lauren was visiting every day was an assurance from a security point of view as well.
She kept us up to date with communication and we all felt a sense of relief that such a competent person was able to be there, when we were not.
We will definitely be using Lauren in the future and we can not recommend her highly enough.

I’m very lucky to have found Hetty, my usual house sitter was away and I needed to find another option for my cats, either having someone come to the house or take them to the Cattery. I much preferred them staying where they were happy and comfortable and having Hetty visit everyday to play with them and make sure they had needs taken care of. Well Hetty came and brushed them everyday, gave them lots of cuddles also took care of my fish that should have been fed on an auto feeder but she checked them and found it wasn’t working and fed them by hand so I’m lucky she was so observant. She sent lots of photos and updates everyday so I knew everything was going ok and that the cats were happy, relaxed and well looked after. "

"Georgina was fabulous! She helped us by minding our older dog at short notice over Christmas. Even after our dog got a little “snappy” on the first meet and greet, Georgina was not deterred ! "I had to leave my special needs cat while away overseas. I chose Leticia at the recommendation of my cats specialist. Leticia was the perfect choice! She is very caring, attentive, follows instructions very carefully and easily. Besides that she also went above and beyond cleaning up after any accidents my cat had, and there were quite a few. She also watered my plants! Most importantly she was able to administer my cats medication which changed daily depending on how she was. Of course we were able to keep in touch to discuss these things but Leticia was very competent in carrying out instructions for medication. My cat isn’t the easiest to give medicine to, but because Leticia is so caring my cat let her 😊Leticia sent me photos and videos every visit to keep me in the loop with how she was which was very comforting as I was very worried to leave my girl for over two weeks. I could tell in the videos how well they bonded with one another and that my cat trusted her entirely. Leticia always turned up to my house at the time she said she would. I found her to be extremely reliable and trustworthy. I recommend Leticia to anyone who is hesitant about leaving their fur baby behind to go away. She is absolutely amazing! "How lucky was I to have secured a 5 day booking with Marta only a week BEFORE I flew interstate!
Marta communicated consistently prior to our Meet & Greet, which eased my anxiety for having left it to last minute. I had warned Marta that Charli can bite before they met & of course - the second they were introduced Charli made me to be a liar! 😂 My chunky ball of fluff fell for Marta immediately 🥰 She couldn't get enough pats & I knew immediately that it was a great match.
During our booking, Marta kept me updated with many cute photos, took care of Charli's basic needs & even spent quality time with her, allowing her to get some supervised outside time in my small backyard which Charli absolutely loves!
This was my first time using a Pet Sitter because my girl doesn't cope well in a cattery (I learned the hard way!). I've relied on family to care for her before but with welcoming two newborns in 3 weeks - neither of my cousins were available. I had peace of mind knowing Charli was in her own home, getting some companionship each day & most importantly, her wet food for dinner 😂
This review is massive, but it's genuine & I'm grateful we had a great experience. I hope we will have you again Marta, I will be a returning client 💯
