"Vicki was an excellent dog sitter while I was away recently. She was most obliging and helpful. Vicki sent me regular photos of Mala happily walking and playing during her visits to my home. "Loes is definitely the best cat carer in Canberra! Using her knowledge and skills she met my shy and anxious cat, Belle, with a soft, gentle, reassuring and empathetic approach to build rapport, and within a short time had her feeling safe, comfortable and relaxed in her care. She provided Belle with all the care and attention she needed, including stimulation and enrichment to help counter the boredom and loneliness whilst I was away. She changed up her toys, set up different activities and environments using available resources, played with her, and even put on classical music for Belle during her visits to soothe her and provide additional stimulation.
The updates and pictures I received of Belle and her latest activities were welcome snapshots, that allowed me to stay connected, and showed the wonderful care she was receiving. It felt as though Loes cared as much about Belle as I do and I would definitely recommend her services. It is such a relief for me to know that she is available to look after Belle as I know she will make every effort to make her happy when I am away. "

"Jason is a kind and thoughtful person who took fabulous care of our indoor cat and (outdoor!) chooks over Xmas and during the post-Xmas heatwave. The heat brought additional requirements for our animals and Jason was very thoughtful of their needs and communicated well, which meant we could enjoy our trip knowing our pets were well cared for. He was also kind enough to vacuum and clean up as a lovely surprise for us, so we arrived home to happy pets and a reduced list of jobs. Thanks very much Jason! We highly recommend Jason as a pet sitter."

"Jenny recently did daily home visits to care for our elderly cat, a chicken and fish. All were very well looked after, with particular feeding needs met. Jenny also watered our numerous pot plants, and all were in great condition on our return.
Jenny stayed long enough on each home visit to let our chicken out for a run, and sent us daily reports to keep us up to date on the well-being of all, giving us peace of mind while we were away. This was particularly reassuring in regard to our cat (who can be quite anti-social when we're not there), showing us he was eating and drinking, and comfortable.
Jenny was a very reliable and friendly communicator, and very diligent and thorough in the care of our dear cat, chicken, fish and plants.
We highly recommend Jenny’s care. "

"I recently had the pleasure of appointing Ting as our cat Mittens' caretaker, and we cannot express enough how satisfied we are with the level of care and attention provided.
From the very beginning, Ting exhibited a genuine love for animals and a true understanding of their needs. Mittens, our beloved cat, is ragdoll and can be very playful at times. Ting immediately formed a bond with him. It was evident that Mittens felt comfortable and at ease in Ting’s presence.
What truly stood out was the extra effort Ting put into the service. Despite our initial agreement, Ting went above and beyond by visiting Mittens additional times. The additional visits ensured that Mittens not only received the necessary care but also had ample playtime and companionship. It was heartening to see Mittens’ well-cared-for upon our return.
Ting demonstrated a high level of responsibility and reliability throughout the entire pet-sitting period. Regular updates were provided, giving me peace of mind and allowing me to enjoy our time away without worrying constantly about Mittens' well-being.
