My partner and I are genuine animal lovers, and caring for pets has always been an important part of our lives. We moved into our neighbourhood about eight months ago and recently bought our own home. While we would love to have a dog of our own, we are not yet ready for a permanent commitment, which is why we decided to offer pet sitting in our home. This allows us to share our time, love, and space with dogs while providing them with a safe and caring environment.

I grew up surrounded by pets in my home country and had animals from a very young age until I moved to New Zealand in 2017. Being around dogs feels natural to me, and I truly enjoy their company. Over the years, my partner and I have cared for friends’ dogs while they were away, always following feeding schedules carefully, respecting food portions, daily routines, walks, and individual needs.

At the moment, I am at home full-time, and my partner also works from home, so dogs are never left alone and are always supervised. We believe companionship is essential, so I spend time playing, cuddling, and interacting with them to make sure they feel happy, relaxed, and truly accompanied — not just staying in a house, but feeling at home.

Dogs stay on the ground floor of the house, which helps keep the space safe, comfortable, and clean. As you can see in the photos, there are no carpets, which makes it easier to maintain hygiene. We also have a fully fenced backyard for safety, with a small grassy area and a deck where dogs can relax and enjoy sunny days.

We offer one-dog-at-a-time care in a calm, loving home, ensuring personalised attention and a stress-free environment. Only fully vaccinated dogs are accepted. Our goal is to provide reliable, loving home care where dogs feel safe, cared for, and genuinely happy while their humans are away.
