I am originally from the country and grew up with animals: cats and dogs (labradors) mainly. Can walk dogs, feed cat/dog, hang out.. I enjoy their company - so lots of talking with them and pats :)) I am very reliable, and trustworthy - so you can be assured your animal/s will be in good hands.

My last pet sitting job over Christmas/New Years in NSW. While a great experience and enjoying walking beautiful needy golden retriever Milly and hanging out with her for the week in a gorgeous home by the beach, I quickly realised I should be getting paid for the sit, as their was truly no time for a holiday as responsibilities and time management to care for Milly was at the forefront. Milly also had hotspots and was on medication while I was there, so I needed to keep watch on her. Her lead snapped while walking her on a buisy street (and you believe!!) and I noticed quickly (as I was always chatting with her), and was able to find a solution to make the broken lead work until we got home. The owner was contacted and we found a solution for the remaining of the week.

Milly was well cared for by Leah and they enjoyed each other's company. Leah appreciated my notes for Millys day to day care including a specific diet and medication.

I was looking after a border collie, Jade for a month while her owner went to Kathmandu - it was so lovely to have her company/take care of her while it lasted, so now I am interested in house sitting and taking care of others peoples pets whilst travelling around. I am having so much fun doing this!
