I have loved animals my entire life, big or small, horses to birds, and everything in between like cats, dogs, rabbits or even hermit crabs. My entire life I have had a domestic pet in my home, and at the age of 8, when we bought our current dog, I took the responsibility upon myself to train him. Biased as I may be, wherever he goes people call him gentle and loveable, and I believe that is because of the love our family has given him throughout his life. Recently I also encouraged my family to domesticate the feral cat that had been lurking around our family property in Esperance (where I used to reside). Over the holidays I managed to tame the cat enough so that she would feel safe to be fed and pet and come inside, and 9 months later she is now a fully pledged member of the household family! Now that I reside full time in Perth, I would truly love to help those who go away and have to leave their pets at home, because I know how stressful it can be to leave your pet, and I want to make sure that both you and your furry friend are in caring, understanding hands.
