Hi! I’m Joana, a reliable and caring pet sitter with a genuine love for animals and hands-on experience caring for pets in different environments across New Zealand.

I’ve had the pleasure of looking after a lovely dog for a full week in Wellington, managing her daily walks, feeding routine and playtime while keeping her schedule calm and consistent. I also cared for a cat in a beautiful house by the sea, making sure she felt comfortable, safe and relaxed in her own environment while her owners were away. Additionally, I’ve looked after a dog on a rural property, which involved outdoor supervision and awareness of the surroundings, as well as caring for another cat with her own unique personality and needs.

Animals have always been an important part of my life. I grew up with pets of all sizes and understand how much they mean to their families. I’m attentive, patient and responsible, and I always respect each pet’s routine, home environment and individual temperament. I also have experience with daily care, post-surgery support and recognizing when a pet might not be feeling well.

A friend recommended this app to me because I truly miss being around animals, and caring for them is something I genuinely enjoy. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, loved and comfortable while you’re away, while giving you peace of mind knowing they are in good hands.
