As a twenty-something who moved out of home and had to leave my beautiful choc lab behind, I crave the feeling of having pets around. My house has a large yard and I am close to lots of parks and trails. I am super keen on walking and a dog is a great excuse to get out into the sunshine. I’m also very available during the week due to weekend work with my job, so if you need me to check in on pup/kitten during the day while you’re at work I’m always around.

I had a choc lab since I was 10 and was one of the main people to walk, feed and give her medication. I have pet sat multiple occasions over the last decade including in my roles as a babysitter when I was a teenager and also in my adulthood looking after various friends and strangers animals for a weekend.

I am a very active person and love to take dogs for a walk. I am well versed in keeping dogs from pulling on leads and can adapt with awareness to their interactions with other dogs.
