"WOW! Where do I begin...... From the very first meet and greet i knew Dee and Sasi were amazing people. On late notice and after multiple cancelations or people who agreed to look after our boy but tuned him down due to his size and breed who have no idea about dog sitting and management of large breeds it looked like our big cuddly bear "archie" the German shepherd would be left with no one to take care of him. Dee replied to my msgs and promptly let me know that our holiday dates were not a problem to host our Archie. We quickly organized a meet and greet for that week as we were flying out of the country in less than a week and stress levels were quiet high at the time.
Being conscious of our big boy's size and nature i was worried about the meet and greet as our Archie has set routines and a unique way of communicating to us when he needs something, and this was something i was worried about incase Archie would stress out during his stay but boy was i wrong. From the first moment we met both Dee and Sasi have the warmest and most loving nature towards animals and although archie was a bit stressed in a new environment they persisted with hugs, kisses, love and attention until he felt comfortable, and it was all uphill from there. Constant daily/weekly updates with photos and videos of our boy happy on his walks and playtime with other dogs (Dee and Sasi did an amazing job socializing our boy who is quite standoffish at first to other dogs but archie ended up being the talk of the town during his stay making friends with multiple dogs both big and small and also gently interacting with a newborn baby. He was so comfortable i could see the love and care he received purely through the photos Dee was sending me. Thank you so much Dee and Sasi for loving our boy like your own and we will be back for more visits now we have found our perfect doggy home away from home for our Archie.
I would highly recommend Dee and Sasi for any breed of dog as they know how to handle dogs and provide a healthy and balanced environment for both big and small dogs and this is proven with the regular visits of repeat customers who stayed throughout the time our Archie was a resident with them. THANK YOU Dee and Sasi !!!"

"Summer and Kierryn are really great with our frenchie, Fredzel. We are really concerned as Fredzel can be very anxious in new environment but Summer gave Fredzel a lot of attention and took him out for a lot of activities. We can see Fredzel had a very pleasant staycation. Regular updates are provided and Summer has been on point with all Fredzel’s treatment. "Our puppy got ill and Jasthine was so amazing in the entire process and took him to the vet hospital.
Jasthine and her partner did everything to ensure he would recover and be okay. We were so lucky Jasthine was our dog sitter and she spotted his illness early.

"We were so happy with the care our dog received from Michael and his caring family. Our dog can be a bit anxious and it really helped him to have a trial day first. It was great when we arrived to drop him off for his longer stay to see the family excited to see him again and our dog excited to see them. They communicated throughout his stay and we were confident he was being well cared for. He seems to have had a great time with the family and the other dogs there. The only downside is that he seems to miss them now! Hopefully we can book in again in future."

"Eleanor cared so beautifully for our delicate toy poodle over an extended break giving her so much more time and love than we could have possibly hoped for. We received photos and updates regularly despite it being a public holiday period . Eleanor also went a long way out of her way to make sure that our pick up and delivery was suitable , she went well above and beyond in organising the stay , preparing for and providing all that we requested for our dogs stay .
